When you get up to dance in front of others, you feel that initial panic—your heart that seems to be pounding out of every vein—but instead of panicking, you navigate it with expertise.

You use tools that pull you out of the spiral and break the freeze loop. Your mind is no longer blank. You see the options clearly and you can make decisions. You don't feel frantic, you feel in control.

You don't have to be alone in this journey. In my MM Membership, one of the students shared a story about why she holds herself back when she dances. She was told by someone that her movement looks better when she slows down, yet she loves to dance fast. It's stuck with her forever, making her feel like she can't move the way she wants to. When she shared that, it made another student suddenly realize why she holds back. She remembered a comment from someone that has lived with her for so long, it became almost subconscious. This clarity made the solution feel possible for her for the first time.

When I first started this journey I would literally shake from nervousness whenever I got up to dance in front of other people.

I remember trying to memorize moves in my car before class so that I wouldn't be such a deer in headlights when it came to dancing in front of others. I would always stiffen up whenever a camera was on me and performing in front of others was a dream, never a possibility. The journey to being seen was the biggest journey to personal growth for me. It made me meet myself.

Now I don't need to put on a show, be a certain person, or perform when being seen. I can just be myself.

Getting here took years of trial and error. I've gotten on stage thinking I had the right tools to managing my stress and anxiety, only to get lost in the survival response and forget it all. I've gotten on stage and used these tools only to realize they didn't change the situation at all.

These failures showed me the nuance in the advice people hear that makes that advice actually work. Because "don't worry about you, focus on serving your audience" is advice that sounds nice, but only leads to more pressure in practice.

I'm giving you the lessons I've learned in every failure and success, and every light bulb moment i've stayed up all night to get to.

Here's how that happens:

  1. Learn how to break the survival response loop with tools specific to your situation.

  2. Then put those tools to practice in person and refine them so they work for every situation.

The investment to freely share yourself is $222

You started dancing to feel less trapped in your body. This is where you'll find that freedom.
