Hi, I’m Mimi—and I created Sensual Movement 101 because I know exactly what it feels like to be stuck in your head, disconnected from your body, and unsure how to feel sexy without forcing it.

With over a decade of experience, I’ve worked with hundreds of women to help them reconnect with their bodies, discover their sensuality, and move in a way that feels confident, expressive, and effortless.

I didn’t grow up dancing. I learned all of this as an adult—from the ground up. That’s why I know how to guide you through this, step by step, even if you’ve never done anything like this before.
