Set yourself free

Retreats to create a life that feels like you’re dancing

Change the way you think, feel, and show up through movement

Freedom looks like...

  • Going after the career, relationship, or opportunities you want without running in circles of doubt first

  • Fully immersing yourself in the moment without the constant need to optimize.

  • Going through life without being controlled by what other people think

  • Trusting yourself enough to let go of your anxiety about the future and attachment to the past

  • Stepping into your most limitless self

Freedom isn’t just the feeling of being carefree and full of joy.

It’s your mental map for how you think, feel, and show up.

People who are free don’t carry bricks around with them that keep them small, careful, and stuck.

They don’t have the weight of constant anxiety and self consciousness.

They’re the ones that are going after life like they have infinite chances, holding the reins to their destiny, and letting abundance be their default state of being.

You're doing all the work but it's barely moving the needle

Maybe it's that you believe change is built slowly over time, that believing in a quantum leap would be unreasonable.

Maybe it's that you don't know what to actually do to get the result you want. You're throwing spaghetti at the wall and hoping something will work.

Or maybe you're dedicated and disciplined but running towards the wrong finish line.

It hasn't worked because you've been fighting the wrong battle with the wrong tools

Consciously, you know what you need to do to get to where you want to go. But you're also unconsciously doing things that keep you in the same place. After all, you only know what you know.

You can be taking action, but without the right energy, you'll be taking the wrong action or doing it with the wrong intention.

Taking action from fear, scarcity, and lack will just create more of that. When you feel behind, you hustle and work 16 hr days. You stay busy to feel productive. But everything you do is just busywork that doesn't actually move the needle.

Taking action with the wrong intention will just reinforce that intention. Meditating because you think you have to gives you way different results that meditating because you want to.

When you know what you need to think and believe but you don't feel it yet—movement is the answer

Movement is what bridges the knowledge in your consciousness with your unconscious. It's what allows you to feel and embody the person you are trying to become and not just intellectually know it.

Movement is how you teach your body how to feel abundance so you can feel it on cue and maintain that feeling.

Retreats

This isn’t where you learn how to move better. It's where you learn you how to use movement to change your life. Because when you know what you need to think and believe but you don't feel it yet—movement is the answer.

We use Metamorphic Movement, a practice I created, to:

  • Feel and embody the person you want to become, not just intellectualize her

  • Overcome your unconscious self so you can live the way you want to

  • Teach your body how to feel abundant until it becomes your default state

  • Create the energy that you want more of in your life

Meet Mimi

Everything in my life has been asking me to do one thing: Set myself free.

Free from the need to control the outcome, for people to see me a certain way, and most of all from the part of me that was always scared and expecting the worst.

I listened to podcasts, went to therapy, journaled everyday and experienced so many insights that made me more aware of myself.

But despite knowing exactly what I needed to do in order to change, I kept dating the wrong kind of people and staying stuck in a career that wasn’t right for me.

It wasn't until later that I realized what was missing.

Even when I intellectually knew what needed to change, I didn't believe or feel it yet. Which meant every action I took was from the energy of the old version of me—the one still living in lack. And when you create from lack, you just create more lack.

Abundance wasn't a feeling my body was familiar with. I was raised by immigrant parents that taught me how to survive—not thrive. I'd spent most of my life living in scarcity. So no matter what work I did with my mind, my body would always default to the more familiar feeling.

In 2014, I was in my mid 20’s when I felt brave enough to let my body dance.

It was through movement that I could finally feel and embody the person I wanted to become, not just intellectually know her.
It was through movement that I taught my body how to feel abundant until that became my default state.

Movement became the missing piece. When I knew what I needed to think and believe but I couldn't feel it yet—movement was the answer.

The way you move is the way you live.

I'm here to show you that if you can move with freedom, then you can live with that too.
